HYXI is seeking a Lead Technical Support Manager to oversee EU inverter and energy storage solutions, directing pre-sales enablement and post-sales service to ensure customer success and market growth.

You will lead an EU support team, drive incident resolution, SLA adherence, and data-driven product feedback for R&D while collaborating with sales, engineering, and international colleagues to optimize operations and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs in technical support management for energy storage/inverter systems, with EU market experience.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field required; strong inverter energy storage knowledge.
• Fluent in English; Dutch/German/French/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU pre-sales enablement, including technical demos and requirement analysis.
• Oversee end-to-end technical support for EU customers, including troubleshooting and SLA compliance for inverter systems.
• Analyze field data and feedback to inform R&D improvements for inverter/energy storage products.
• Develop training programs on inverter technology for the EU team and customers.
