Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Supply Chain and Logistics professional to oversee daily warehousing and last-mile operations for the EU FBT network, and to drive KPI performance. You will develop SOPs, lead cross-functional initiatives for major campaigns, and manage end-to-end projects from planning to post-project review, collaborating with Product/Tech, Logistics, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong PMO and operations control capabilities.
• Experience with EU/UK e-commerce warehousing and last-mile networks.
• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily EU shop warehousing and last-mile ops; monitor core KPIs.
• Drive SOPs and health checks across warehouses.
• Collaborate on Mega Campaigns with Commercial and S&OP teams.
• Lead PMO for warehouse launches and system rollouts.
• Coordinate with Product/Tech, Logistics, and Service Providers.
• Manage exceptions, SLAs, risk plans, RCA with QC.
• Build dashboards and propose WMS/OMS enhancements.
