Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP MM, IFS, or similar.
• Knowledge of material classification standards is a plus.
• Vocational training or associate's degree in related fields.
• 1+ years in data entry, master data, procurement support, or supply chain.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process a steady stream of material request tickets.
• Search records to identify duplicates before creation.
• Fill technical fields using templates, including dimensions, units, and part numbers.
• Follow naming and classification rules.
• Manage material requests through the ticketing tool and meet SLAs.
• Support the Category Specialist and Business Support team.
• Create new materials in ERP systems such as IFS, SAP MM, or McMain.
• Ensure all fields are complete before approval.
• Maintain consistent descriptions across sites and units.
• Perform regular data cleanup and deactivate obsolete materials.
• Track data quality metrics for completeness, accuracy, and duplicates.
• Flag unusual tickets and report issues to the Category Specialist.
