Job summary

REFRESCO is seeking an interim Procurement Assistant in the Netherlands to support the European Supplier Portal implementation. You will gather, validate and organize supplier data, coordinate with buyers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate information for a smooth rollout.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and SAP experience, with strong analytical and planning abilities, plus fluent English. Local candidates only; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Clear communication and collaboration across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse forecasts, inventory, contract positions and supply data to identify coverage needs, risks and opportunities, and provide buyers with clear and timely information.
• Support the end-to-end execution of contracts, purchase orders and shipments, including scheduling, documentation, quality requirements and invoice follow-up.
• Coordinate with buyers, suppliers and internal stakeholders across Procurement, Logistics, Legal, Finance and Operations to safeguard supply and resolve operational issues.
• Support purchasing activities and process improvements by maintaining accurate data, contributing to system and project activities, and ensuring clear documentation and handover.
