Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Leiden site is seeking an ERP & Master Data Specialist to own SAP master data, including material masters, BOMs, and master recipes, ensuring data integrity in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You'll work closely with manufacturing, quality, IT and planning teams to translate processes into clean master data, troubleshoot SAP issues, and drive end-to-end data governance for the Leiden facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of experience.
• ERP/MRP experience with SAP S/4HANA knowledge.
• Able to collaborate with manufacturing, quality and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Own creation and maintenance of SAP master data (material data, BOMs, master recipes).
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, quality and IT to resolve SAP issues.
• Drive data integrity and SAP governance improvements across the Leiden site.
