Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands in Leiden is seeking an ERP & Master Data Specialist to own SAP master data like materials, BOMs, and recipes, ensuring data integrity in a regulated manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, planning and IT to optimize SAP S/4HANA data flows and drive continuous improvement. On-site work with potential hybrid elements at Leiden site.

Qualifications

Strong ERP/MRP background within a regulated manufacturing setting.
Experience with SAP data structures and master data governance.
Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and IT.

Responsibilities

Own creation and maintenance of SAP master data (material masters, BOMs, master recipes).
Collaborate with manufacturing, planning, quality and supply chain to resolve data issues.
Identify and implement data quality improvements across SAP S/4HANA.
