Job summary

O'Neill Netherlands seeks an ERP Application Manager to join our IT team. You will own the functional ERP landscape end to end, coordinating with an external ERP partner and store teams across multiple countries. Report to the IT Manager and help drive improvements, training, data quality, and security responsibilities.

You will work on access control, data quality actions, and release testing with our ERP partner. A proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-enhanced ERP are a must.

Qualifications

• Solid, hands-on experience in ERP application management or similar business application role.
• Comfortable resolving day-to-day support questions and owning structure, priorities and improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Itsperfect is a plus, as is experience in fashion.
• Affinity with data and an interest in using AI to optimize processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main ERP contact for key users and store managers; facilitate key-user sessions.
• Act as functional ERP owner in projects; coordinate with external ERP partner and ensure agreements and documentation.
• Define ERP access roles and ensure proper segregation of duties; translate data quality issues into actions.
• Own escalations, coordinate resolution, and drive improvements with a roadmap; explore AI opportunities for smarter processes.
