Job summary

O'Neill is seeking a proactive ERP Application Manager to join our IT team in Warmond. This hands-on role owns the functional side of our ERP landscape end to end and reports to the IT Manager.

You will coordinate with an external ERP partner, manage data quality, and lead improvements across multiple stores in several countries. Responsibilities include supporting users, defining access roles, and driving continuous improvement, including exploring AI to optimize ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP management experience.
• Ability to structure and improve processes.
• Good command of English; collaboration across five countries.

Responsibilities

• Be the main ERP contact for key users and store managers; facilitate key-user sessions.
• Act as functional ERP owner in projects with external ERP partner; ensure agreements and documentation.
• Own SLA, roadmap and act as escalation point for vendor issues.
• Keep overview of data quality issues and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Handle incoming ERP tickets end to end; set priorities and communicate clearly.
• Coordinate testing of ERP changes and releases with external partner; own test plan and go-live.
