Job summary

Episode Rotterdam is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales and KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy fashion store. You will be the face of our brand and mentor to a small team in Rotterdam, helping to create a welcoming, sustainable shopping experience.

The role is part-time or full-time (24–32 hours) with opportunities for development in an international, growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in a retail environment.
• Fluent English.
• Living in Rotterdam and able to commute.
• Stress-resistant and capable of handling a fast-paced store environment.

• Manage a store team;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning: daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;

As an Assistant Manager at Episode you will play a big role in our mission to fight fast fashion with sustainable solutions. We put our passion in your hands and you will be the face of our store, a true vintage treasure pit!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Store Manager in leading the store;
• Manage a store team;
• Take responsibility of store sales and KPI targets;
• Planning; Daily tasks as well as weekly schedules;
• Visual Merchandising of the store and processing delivered goods.

MUST HAVES

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a management role in a retail environment (hard demand);
• Speak fluently English (hard demand);
• Stress-resistant;
• Living in Rotterdam.
