Job summary

Maje is seeking a Store Manager for a concession in Debijenkorf Rotterdam. You will oversee commercial and operational aspects of the store, lead a small team, and coach staff to provide exceptional service aligned with the Maje brand.

You will ensure in-store animation, training, and adherence to VM guidelines, contributing to brand growth and customer experience in a dynamic fashion retail environment.

A Store Manager position, in one of our concession in Debijenkorf Rotterdam.

On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will oversee the commercial and operational management of the store, the management of a small team, the coaching and training of the team members, the animation in store and the respect of our VM guidelines.
