Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; further wind energy cert preferred.
• Vocational electrical/technical education (MBO 3/4) or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Valid driver's license and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on turbines.
• Assist in troubleshooting turbine malfunctions under guidance.
• Execute basic repairs and component replacements.
• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks safely.
