Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related technical certs beneficial.
• Vocational education in electrical/technical field preferred.
• Solid mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on wind turbines (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical).
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions under guidance.
• Execute basic repairs and component replacements using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols including LOTO procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, efficient task completion.
