Siemens Gamesa is seeking an Experienced Para-Professional Wind Technician to support the Lemmer wind farm. You will conduct turbine maintenance and repair tasks while adhering to safety protocols and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Basic Safety Training (BST) certification.
• Proven experience in mechanical and electrical systems, preventative maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Demonstrable experience as a technician in power generation, heavy machinery, or renewable energy.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on wind turbines.
• Execute mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot operational faults using SCADA data.
