Job summary

Major Dutch Bank is seeking a Test / QA Domain Expert to shape the Test Roadmap 2026. You will identify gaps in current test practices, propose pragmatic initiatives, and drive standard tooling and reporting across IT. The role blends hands-on testing with enterprise-wide influence.

You will define end-to-end chain tests, coach teams, and lead automation efforts to raise testing maturity across the organization. Fluency in English is required.

• Hands-on experience with functional testing tools.
• Experience with test containers for system integration testing.
• Experience writing unit tests.
• Ability to define end-to-end chain tests.

Responsibilities

• Identify gaps in current test practices and propose initiatives to close them.
• Define standard tool selection and reporting formats across the Test Pyramid.
• Drive automation of testing using the agreed standards.
• Coach and train teams to increase adherence to test standards across the organisation.
