Role Description:

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies across multiple test phases, ensuring the highest quality in a complex financial trading environment. Your expertise in test management, stakeholder collaboration, and test automation will be crucial in delivering a seamless and robust confirmation system replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement test strategies for all testing phases (Unit, Acceptance, Performance, Regression).
• Align testing approach with developers, testers, and end-users.
• Drive operational sign-off for MVP releases.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Trading, and Infrastructure teams.
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Work across different squads and geographical locations to ensure smooth execution of test cycles.
• Ensure test environments are properly set up and configured.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance best practices.
• Monitor test cycles and track progress through proper reporting and analytics.
• Work within Agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure continuous improvement in testing processes.
• Adapt to evolving business and technology needs efficiently.
