Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Testing Manager or Test Coordinator, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience managing end-to-end testing for complex, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with loan application or onboarding processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full end-to-end testing cycle.
• Define the overarching testing strategy.
• Create and manage the testing plan.
• Establish and maintain a clear testing governance structure.
• Provide assistance to the Customer Journey Experts in defining the required functional test cases for the end-to-end testing phase.
