Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Account Manager to partner with Enterprise customers and maximize business value of AI-driven platforms. You will guide customers through workflow transformations, drive adoption, and embed the company into their innovation operating models.

Responsibilities include designing AI workflows, guiding integration strategies, and enabling scale through CoEs. Travel to customer sites up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, technical account management, or similar roles in enterprise SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, MCP connectors, integrations and enterprise IT ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lead workflow optimization and large-scale change management initiatives.
• Experience leveraging AI, prompt engineering and agentic workflows to support customer use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI-driven workflows and governance across the Discover–Define–Deliver lifecycle.
• Recommend integration strategies and automation opportunities using the company's APIs and MCP.
• Provide guidance on embedding the company into customers' existing systems and ways of working.
• Monitor platform health and usage, delivering proactive recommendations to deepen adoption.
• Equip internal champions to scale adoption across departments and regions.
• Co-facilitate QBRs and provide adoption analytics to guide strategy.
