Job summary

Walker & Dunlop, a leader in real estate and finance, seeks an AVP, Senior Product Manager – Agentic Workflows. You will identify AI-driven automation opportunities, prototype workflows, and shepherd solutions from prototype to production with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of product management delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles from discovery to adoption.
• Collaboration with software engineering and translating business needs to tech requirements.
• Preference for CRE, mortgage finance, financial services or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with developer tools (Git, GitHub/GitLab, Python, JSON, YAML, Markdown).

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow challenges and opportunities for AI-enabled automation.
• Travel to Walker & Dunlop offices and field locations to observe processes.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and maintain backlog.
• Design, build, test, and iterate AI workflow prototypes.
• Present solutions to stakeholders and refine workflows based on feedback.
• Transition prototypes to production with cross-functional teams.
• Define and report on KPIs like adoption and efficiency.
• Maintain workflow documentation and governance artifacts.
• Communicate priorities and outcomes to executives.
• Contribute to evolving AI product capabilities with reusable solutions.
