Job summary

JD.com invites you to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program in the Netherlands. This full-time internship lasts 6 months, offering hands-on exposure to sales, account management, and business development with enterprise clients.

You will support Account Managers, research markets, prepare client proposals, and collaborate with internal teams. Ideal candidates graduate in 2026 or 2027 with fluency in English and Mandarin, a customer-focused mindset, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Interest in sales, account management and working with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, sales materials and tailored solutions.
• Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement, payment, after-sales and other client-related activities.
• Support day-to-day account management and customer communication to improve experience and relationships.
