Job summary

JD.com seeks a high-potential intern for the JD Young Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities. You will work closely with Account Managers to support enterprise client relationships and contribute to sales efforts from day one.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in a business-related field with strong interest in enterprise clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, sales materials and tailored solutions.
• Conduct market and client research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement, payment and after-sales activities.
