Job summary

JD.com invites ambitious students to join the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program for 3-6 months, gaining hands-on exposure to real projects and responsibilities within a global technology and supply chain network.

You will support Account Managers, assist in client proposals, conduct market research, coordinate with internal teams, and develop strong communication with enterprise clients while graduating in 2026 or 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Full-time availability for a 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in developing and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients and assist with sales and business development activities.
• Assist in preparing client proposals, sales materials and tailored solutions based on customer procurement needs.
• Conduct market and client research to identify business opportunities and provide insights on customer and industry trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support procurement, payment, after-sales and other client-related activities.
• Support day-to-day account management and customer communication to improve customer experience, satisfaction and long-term relationships.

About Your Program

About You

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, Management or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Available to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest in sales, account management, business development and working with enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
