Performativ - Wealth Management Software is seeking an Engagement and Program Manager to steer enterprise SaaS rollouts for large customers. You’ll onboard with structured delivery, clear communication, and lightweight technical engagement, avoiding bespoke builds and focusing on scalable patterns.

The role operates remotely with 40% travel, including customer sites and our Copenhagen office. Expect 7+ years in delivery leadership with experience in wealth management and ITIL/PMP standards.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in program or engagement management, delivering complex multi-stakeholder implementations.
• Pre-requisite experience in wealth management, private banking or asset management.
• Able to define scope firmly with customers while maintaining strong relationships.
• Structured planning, governance cadences, and clear reporting for stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end enterprise set-ups from kick-off to go-live and hyper-care.
• Describe customer requirements and map them to platform capabilities.
• Enable integration via APIs and SSO with minimal custom work.
• Own plan, scope, change control, and visible decisions aligned to contracts.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and issues; drive concise customer communications.
• Handover to Customer Success with training and supporting materials.
