Job summary

Sia is a global management consulting group seeking a Program Manager to build relationships and deliver results. You will lead initiation, definition and execution of complex programs, and manage a team of senior PMs in an international context.

Thorough English and Dutch communication is required, and the role offers a flexible work setup with options to work from home, client sites, or our Amsterdam office. A relevant master's degree and 3+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• 3+ years relevant working experience; experience in managing complex programs preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to quickly build expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the initiation, definition and implementation of the program.
• Build a program roadmap and ensure realization.
• Manage a team of experienced project managers.
• Monitor realization of program objectives and report progress to management.
• Track benefits realization and costs.
