Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, with a focus on retail media networks.
• Minimum 3 years in client facing roles.
• Proven track record managing paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms like Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel.
• Proficiency in paid search tools including Google Ads and Bing Ads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account.
• Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and account management to ensure cohesive media plans.
