Job summary

DEPT is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Programmatic to oversee programmatic campaigns with retail focus. You will partner with cross-functional teams, deliver client-first recommendations, and mentor junior staff.

The role is remote-first, with candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. Expect collaboration across global clients, using Google Analytics, DV360, and other ad-tech tools to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programmatic media experience, preferably across CTV, Display, and Video.
• Hands-on programmatic trading experience within retail marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, & Best Buy.
• Familiarity with multiple DSPs and ad servers; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client services and programmatic teams to deliver recommendations.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns across platforms; optimize performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships with performance insights.
• Mentor Account Managers and Coordinators to support growth.
• Drive programmatic strategy to achieve client goals.
