Job summary

ElevenLabs is hiring an Enterprise PM to own the product experience for ElevenCreative. You’ll own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption, and shape admin, permissions, billing, and governance features for large teams.

You’ll work directly with sales and customers to understand blockers, scope bets, and ship them. PMs collaborate with engineers, designers, and growth to deliver enterprise-ready tooling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with enterprise or B2B focus.
• Track record owning revenue, growth, or adoption outcomes.
• Experience shipping admin, permissions, billing, or security for large accounts.
• Deep understanding of how creative, marketing, and media teams work.
• Experience scoping large, ambiguous bets end-to-end.
• Experience collaborating with sales and customers to drive roadmap.
• Design-minded with high product quality.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on architecture.
• Strong judgment and clear point of view on what to build.
• Bias toward shipping and iterative work.
• Curiosity about AI and creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise revenue, growth, and adoption for ElevenCreative.
• Scope and define big bets from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Build the admin and governance layer with permissions and spend controls.
• Partner with engineering to ship enterprise products like Ads Engine.
• Work with sales to triage feature requests and blockers.
• Join customer conversations to understand enterprise evaluation and rollout.
• Define success metrics and track adoption across accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales and growth to ship quickly.
