Job summary

Booking.com is seeking an Enterprise ITAM and EOL Capability Lead to define and shape a new enterprise capability from the ground up. You will set the technical vision, architecture, governance and roadmap to understand technology landscape and support risk-informed decisions.

You will collaborate with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Audit to create alignment across teams and deliver a scalable, evidence-based solution that drives better investment

Qualifications

Significant experience with ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB and service mapping.
Proven leadership of enterprise applications and platforms.
Experience shaping target architectures, data models and systems of record.
Ability to translate policy/audit requirements into technical controls.
Background in IT Asset Management, lifecycle management and cloud governance.

Responsibilities

Define the ITAM/EOL capability vision, architecture and roadmap.
Identify technology ownership, criticality, lifecycle and EOL risk.
Design how ServiceNow, LeanIX, Software Catalog, and cloud tools work together.
Turn policy and risk expectations into practical standards, controls, workflows.
Provide evidence-based reporting to technology leadership and audit.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure enterprise adoption.
