Job summary

Salesforce in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive focused on Healthcare & Lifesciences to grow strategic accounts and drive upsell across the Salesforce platform.

You will partner with C-suite stakeholders, map account plans, and deliver value-driven solutions through consultative selling in Dutch and English. This role reports into the Enterprise Sales organization and sits in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Executive in technology with a track record of closing deals.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions and their business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across levels.
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities with a results focus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to engage C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Account Planning and Strategies: set plans to achieve sales objectives and qualify opportunities.
• Research and Discovery: uncover customer challenges and strategic goals.
• Solutioning: present value propositions addressing customer needs.
• Customer Communication: clear, concise, timely written/spoken updates using multiple tools.
• Resource Application: leverage all resources to drive results.
• Team Selling: coordinate with account teams and partners to close deals.
