Jobster in Nijmegen zoekt een Quality controller die verantwoordelijk is voor het controleren of onderdelen en samengestelde producten voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie en assemblage om kwaliteitsproblemen te identificeren en op te lossen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit inspecties, meten met precisie gereedschappen, vastleggen van afwijkingen en het opstellen van inspectierapporten.

Formación

• Opleiding in een technische richting en ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole.
• Ervaring met lezen van technische tekeningen en meetinstrumenten.
• Goede kennis van kwaliteitsprocessen en documentatie.

Responsabilidades

• Inspecteren van onderdelen en samengestelde producten voor verzending.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality controller, you are responsible for checking whether components and assembled products meet the required quality standards.

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand technical drawings, like solving quality issues and feel comfortable working in a structured technical manufacturing environment.

• A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings;
• Experience working with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00–14:30
  • 14:30–23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
