U werkt in een tweeploegendienst en hebt mogelijkheden tot permanente aanstelling, training en ontwikkeling van technische vaardigheden. Ervaring in een cleanroom is een pluspunt en werktijden zijn vastgelegd in de shiftvoering.

Qualifications

• Mandatory hands-on technical work in a cleanroom or manufacturing setting.
• Experience with reading technical drawings or work instructions preferred.
• Wamiliarity with measuring tools and basic machine monitoring is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts and materials for quality.
• Clean components with ultrasonic equipment and ensure proper drying.
• Remove weld discoloration from stainless steel parts.
• Perform light CNC-related operations and monitor machines.
• Read technical drawings and work instructions.
• Package finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Prepare shipping labels and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with cleanroom protocols.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

You can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00
• Prospect of a permanent contract;
• 25 vacation days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• €0.25 travel reimbursement per kilometre;

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
