Job summary

Jobster zoekt een proactieve Operator voor een moderne productieomgeving in de regio Wijchen/Nijmegen. Je werkt in een team en levert kwaliteitswerk met aandacht voor veiligheid. Met training word je snel een belangrijk lid van het productieteam.

De functie is fulltime met drieploegendienst en een marktconforme beloning. Je ontvangt een bruto maandsalaris van 3.500–3.700 euro, 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag, reiskostenvergoeding, onboarding en doorgroeimogelijkheden naar geavanceerdere

Qualifications

• U hebt een MBO-niveau opleiding of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring als Operator/Process Operator/Production Operator.
• Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Beschikbaarheid voor een 3-ploegendienst.
• Voldoende woon- en vervoersvoorzieningen.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal voor veiligheidsinstructies.
• Focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid.
• In staat zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
• Motivatie om te leren en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van productie machines.
• Voorbereiden van productielijnen voor nieuwe orders.
• Toezicht houden op productkwaliteit en resultaten registreren.
• Kleine technische problemen oplossen en first-line onderhoud.
• Grondstoffen aanleveren zodat de productie doorgaat.
• Veilig werken en een schone werkplek behouden.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen van productieprocessen.

Wat je gaat doen

You will work in a modern production environment where teamwork, quality and safety are key. With proper training and support from experienced colleagues, you will quickly become an important part of the production team.

Your tasks include:

• Operating and adjusting production machines;
• Preparing production lines for new orders;
• Monitoring product quality and recording results;
• Solving minor technical issues and performing first-line maintenance;
• Supplying materials to keep production running smoothly;
• Working safely and maintaining a clean workplace;
• Contributing ideas to improve production processes.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• Experience as an Operator, Process Operator or Production Operator;
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills;
• Availability for a 3-shift schedule;
• Own accomodation and transportation.
• Good command of the English language to understand safety instructions.
• Focus on quality, safety and accuracy;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Motivation to learn and develop new skills;
