Job summary

Start People zoekt een Operator voor een moderne productieomgeving in Nijmegen, waar veiligheid en continue verbetering centraal staan. Je krijgt uitgebreide on-the-job training en begeleiding van een ervaren coach om alle machines en processen goed te leren kennen.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem, hebt minimaal mbo niveau 3 in een technische richting en beheerst Engels voor veiligheidsinstructies. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt zelfstandig en participeert in teamverband.

Qualifications

• Minimaal mbo niveau 3 diploma in een technische richting.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal voor veiligheidsinstructies.
• Bereid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer.
• Technisch inzicht en hands-on vaardigheden.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van geavanceerde productlijnen.
• Toezicht houden op productkwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de productie.
• Signaleren, analyseren en oplossen van processtoringen.
• Kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige reparaties.
• Samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici om technische issues op te lossen.
• Veiligheidsvoorschriften en vaste procedures naleven.
• Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen.
• Nieuwe collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen.

As an Operator, you ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, during which an experienced coach will guide and support you. This allows you to become familiar with the machinery and gain an in-depth understanding of the entire production process.

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
