Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience leading engineering, capital investment, or technical projects.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or another GMP-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of project management principles and lifecycle execution.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a complex environment.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, solution-focused mindset.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of engineering and capital projects within your area.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation and handover.
• Drive planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution.
• Coordinate contractors, engineering partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure GMP compliance, site standards, and procedures.
• Support commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness activities.
• Act as the key engineering contact for your production area and align priorities.
