Abbott is seeking an Engineering Excellence Lead to drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and engineering excellence across its sites in Weesp and Olst. The role combines technical depth with governance, documentation, and proactive adoption of modern digital tools.

The successful candidate will lead the development of engineering standards, support GMP compliance, and implement digital solutions that optimize processes and enable data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or a related engineering field.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharma or similar).
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, documentation and procedures.
• Proven track record in driving digitalization projects and tools adoption.

Aufgaben

• Develop and strengthen engineering standards, processes and systems across the site.
• Lead digitalization initiatives and implement new tools and technologies.
• Manage engineering documentation, governance, and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Support project governance and best practices in engineering.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in engineering processes.
• Foster capability development and knowledge sharing within engineering.
