Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing or business development.
• Experience recruiting engineering and IT profiles is ideal.
• Strong track record of achieving KPIs and commercial targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead 360° responsibilities across business development, recruitment and account management.
• Drive client acquisition and manage client relationships.
• Conduct candidate interviews and contribute to growth in the Dutch market.
