Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience delivering capital projects in food, pharma, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
• Strong project lifecycle management and capital investment knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects end-to-end across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Manage development, budgeting, tendering, contractor selection, execution, commissioning, handover.
• Deliver safety, food safety, asset replacement, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Own project budgets, financial forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, external contractors, and compliance experts.
• Lead cross-functional project teams (2–5 people).
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, CDM and McCain standards.
• Build relationships with operations, engineering and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical challenges.
• Promote safety culture and engineering best practices.
