Job summary

McCain Foods Holland B.V. in Amsterdam seeks a Business Controller, Supply Chain GB&I and EMENA, to partner with Logistics and Supply Chain teams, control and optimize logistics costs, and provide financial insight to support strategic decisions across transportation, warehousing and 3PL providers.

You will own the P&L for logistics, lead budgeting and forecasting, develop cost models, ensure data integrity between systems, and drive cost-saving initiatives while partnering with cross‑functional

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in controlling, ideally with supply chain/logistics in an international environment.
Experience in a multinational company with multiple entities/countries is a plus.
Strong knowledge of management accounting and cost controlling (standard costing, variance analysis).
Advanced Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI) preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and ideally with TMS/WMS environments.
Excellent communication and business partnering skills.

Responsibilities

Own the P&L for logistics and distribution costs and prepare monthly closings.
Lead budgeting and forecasting for logistics and distribution costs.
Act as the finance business partner for Logistics, Distribution and Supply Chain.
Identify cost-saving initiatives and set up KPIs and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with group policies and internal controls for supply chain spend.
