Job summary

HID Global, a part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a Manager, Engineering NPI to lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for new product introductions in security solutions. You will oversee design, project planning, and staffing to ensure timely, high-quality deployments across global customers.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on system design experience, and the ability to align technical initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in system design.

Responsibilities

• Managing performance and development of the Engineering sub-department (8–15 staff).
• Oversight of multiple projects, setting priorities and ensuring quality.
• Translating customer specifications into system architectures and new applications.
• Coordinating outsourcing and resource planning across teams.
