Job summary
TE Connectivity is seeking a Manager RD&E to lead the terminal block portfolio across Den Bosch and Saint Priest, driving product development from concept through production release.
The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA, with a focus on sustainability, quality, and efficiency across global teams. TE offers a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with extensive training and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum academic degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Engineering/Manufacturing with project responsibilities.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a product development environment, preferably with mechanical products in harsh environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead bi-locational engineering activities in Den Bosch (Netherlands) and St. Priest (France) to support PRS innovation and new product efforts.
- Manage departmental G&Os, conduct regular purpose-driven conversations, and year-end evaluations while fostering skills development.
- Lead Innovation Projects accounting for at least 15% of team time to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and technology readiness.
