DataSnipper is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Excel Agents Team in Amsterdam. You will lead a high-impact group building AI-powered agents that automate assurance workflows and integrate AI into auditors' daily tools.

You will own technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate across Product, Design, and Engineering to drive the roadmap. Hybrid work in Amsterdam with strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• At least 3 years leading and mentoring engineering teams with measurable growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an engineering team through outcomes, not tasks; set clear goals with the team and trust them to figure out how.
• Raise engineering bar, grow engineers into bigger problems, address performance issues directly.
• Drive a step change in what the team can do with AI; tackle harder problems, raise quality, expand ownership.
• Lead the team building AI-powered agents that automate assurance workflows from risk assessment to documentation.
• Own the technical direction and architecture of the Excel Agent platform for reliability and security.
• Guide design and scaling of agentic systems combining LLMs, document intelligence, workflows, and human oversight.
• Partner with Product, Design, and other teams to shape roadmap and translate needs into AI experiences.
• Make architectural calls and stay close to code to credibly steer systems.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across DataSnipper.
