Job summary

Sunweb Group is seeking an Engineering Lead in Rotterdam to guide three engineering teams toward high performance and sustainable delivery. You will coach teams, align with product and architecture stakeholders, and drive technical excellence across cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.

You bring 5+ years in software engineering, a CS/IT degree, and strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English is required, Dutch/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or Spanish is a plus.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams across multiple groups.
• Experience with cross-functional product teams and Architecture stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication and Agile delivery skills.
• Solid knowledge of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, DevOps, observability, security and operational excellence.
