Candidates should have a relevant degree and proficiency in tools like EPLAN and AutoCAD. The position offers a gross salary between €4,000 and €5,000 along with various benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Related work experience in the maritime industry.
• Proficiency with design tools such as EPLAN and AutoCAD.
• Experience with PLM systems like Siemens TeamCenter.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Lead Engineer Electrical & Instrumentation (junior)

The role involves supporting senior and lead engineers with the design, development and implementation of electrical systems within multidisciplinary engineering projects. It is a junior level entry that balances technical depth with professional growth, providing a clear path to future management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of basic and detailed electrical designs
• Translate specifications and requirements into engineering deliverables
• Support preparation of engineering packages and documentation
• Create and update electrical schematics (e.g. EPLAN), as‑built drawings, technical documentation and reports
• Maintain engineering part data in systems (e.g. Eplan + Teamcenter)
• Analyse technical requirements and specifications
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of design or integration issues
• Contribute to risk and feasibility assessments
• Identify improvement opportunities in designs, engineering processes and data quality
• Support standardisation and reuse of solutions

Qualifications

• bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar)
• related work experience in the maritime industry
• proficiency with design tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting) and mechanical applications (SolidWorks/Solid Edge)
• experience with PLM systems such as Siemens TeamCenter or SAP ERP tools
• fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus

Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, plus holiday allowance, commuting allowance, profit‑sharing scheme and a range of benefit options including pension, insurance, and training budget.
