Sia is seeking an (Associate) Manager in the Energy & Transport division to drive transformational change for our clients. You will lead strategy, roadmap creation and delivery, while managing project teams and fostering growth across engagements.

You will work in an international environment with a strong emphasis on data and AI topics, requiring excellent English and Dutch communication. This role offers exposure to global projects and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree obtained.
• 5–7 years experience in consultancy.
• Network with transport and/or energy companies.
• Strong view on market developments and value chain actors.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or transformation.
• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy engagements.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics; eager to build expertise.

Responsabilités

• Lead transformation initiatives with client organizations, aligning with long-term vision.
• Develop innovative strategies to adapt to market dynamics and seize opportunities.
• Define transformation roadmaps with steps, timelines and resources.
• Drive commercial and delivery results of transformation programs.
• Stay updated on energy and transport trends to inform client recommendations and training.
• Mentor and grow consultants within a collaborative team.
