Job summary

Blue Lynx Employment BV is seeking a Sales Manager for the EMEA region with fluency in the local market language and English. The role focuses on promoting energy storage and modular products through local partners, distributors, and channel networks.

You will drive sales growth across assigned markets, develop partner networks, and coordinate participation in international exhibitions while reporting to the global sales team. Relocation support may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including energy storage.
• Experience building and managing channel and distributor networks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of international sales processes and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales and promotion of energy storage and module products across the assigned region.
• Develop local partner networks and recruit distributors.
• Monitor market conditions and provide timely recommendations on payment collection.
• Address customer feedback and issues promptly and prepare regular summary reports.
• Gather market intelligence and monitor industry regulations and trends to support business development.
• Plan and execute business development activities including exhibitions and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
