Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead procurement strategies, supplier pre-qualification, tendering and contract negotiations across major Energy & Natural Resources projects.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage FIDIC/NEC-based contracts, and drive commercial risk management from development through execution, with offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven and a strong focus on energy transition initiatives.

Qualifications

Significant experience in procurement, contracts management or commercial management on major energy projects.
Experience with CCUS, hydrogen, renewables, power grids or decarbonisation is highly desirable.
Proven track record negotiating and managing EPC, supply, construction or service contracts.
Strong understanding of project lifecycles and multi-contract environments.

Responsibilities

Lead procurement lifecycle activities, including strategy development and risk alignment.
Oversee tender processes, ITT docs, and RFP evaluations with cross-functional teams.
Negotiate contracts and manage contractual variations and change orders.
Prepare governance reporting and ensure compliance with client requirements.
