Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the Netherlands seeks a Lead/Senior Project Scheduler to join the Energy and Natural Resources sector. You will ensure schedule integrity, coordinate planning across teams, and manage cost-time constraints on large energy projects.

You will implement scheduling strategies, develop WBS/CBS, and integrate contractor schedules within P6. The role demands strong communication and 7–10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project controls environment within infrastructure and energy sectors.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination.
• Experience in at least one: Program Controls Mgmt, Earned Value (EVM), Change & Risk Management, Planning, Project Controls or PMO.
• Experience implementing scheduling processes across a client portfolio.
• Degree qualification in a relevant field.
• Exposure to network planning structures; Primavera P6 and MS Project proficient.
• Strong time management and resilience in a fast-paced setting.
• 7-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work finishes within cost and time goals with prioritized objectives.
• Support Schedule lead/Project Director to keep projects under control.
• Implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles.
• Coordinate WBS and CBS development with project manager, cost manager and controls lead.
• Promote integration of contractor schedules within P6 schedules; review durations and logic.
• Review cost/resource loading and validate schedule revisions.
• Perform critical path analysis and compare to baseline schedules.
• Prepare regular reports and benchmark data for client reviews.
