Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT Risk Management.
• Experience operating at senior level with IT and Risk stakeholders.
• Strong background in consultancy and end-to-end programme/project management.
• Proactive mindset to challenge and improve ways of working.
• Diplomacy, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to serve as a trusted advisor driving new risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major transformation programme within the CISO domain.
• Deliver multiple streams focusing on modernising IT risk management.
• Update the control framework and introduce a new risk reporting methodology.
• Define governance structures and roll out new model globally.
• Manage delivery milestones and engage senior stakeholders.
