Job summary

Quatt is building a data-driven, AI-enabled planning system to accelerate the energy transition. You will design and implement a streamlined, automated scheduling workflow for crew deployment, ensuring profitability and on-time delivery across regions.

You will collaborate with planners, sales and field ops to enable self-service planning within guardrails, while owning the duration model and capacity forecasts to optimize crew utilisation.

Qualifications

• Engineer who enjoys operations and views scheduling as a constraint problem.
• Experience collaborating with planners and partners to scale operations.
• Systems thinker who fixes rule-based issues across departments.
• AI-native, building tools to automate planning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own the full plan for every crew and day, ensuring work is profitable.
• Lead planning process automation, removing unnecessary constraints.
• Create self-service tools for sales, support and field ops to plan/change within guardrails.
• Own the job duration estimation model and data behind it to improve accuracy.
• Plan capacity by region and product, aligned with sales forecast and defend it in S&OP.
• Negotiate partner rates and agreements, bringing numbers to conversations.
