Job summary

Quatt is hiring in Amsterdam to decarbonise home heating with heat pumps, home batteries, and cooling. You will rotate across five functions—work preparation, installation success, sales support, technical support and customer support—owning customer problems end to end.

You have judgment and can interpret to fix the issue at hand.

You are flexible and go where the customer needs you.
You speak Dutch and talk to customers directly.

You are comfortable with AI tools and let machines handle the routine work.

Responsibilities

Work preparation: turn sold deals into install-ready plans.
Installation success: own the customer from signed deal to completed install.
Sales support: qualify leads and book appointments.
Technical support: assist customers after installation.
Customer support: maintain contact and resolve ongoing inquiries.
