All Your BI is a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam. We hire to build an international data team focused on delivering managed BI services for logistics and industrial clients.

You’ll own outcomes end to end, including handoffs between sales and delivery, shaping the commercial case with Sales and leading demos to business and technical stakeholders. Qualifications

• Led complex client work across consulting, solution design, pre-sales or delivery.
• Ability to own the whole problem and drive outcomes.
• Strong English; Dutch is useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping for qualified opportunities: translate client problems into actionable solutions using AYBI's data and BI platforms.
• Own the solution behind the proposal: approach, deliverables, assumptions, risks, team and effort.
